An 8 metre racing yacht currently under restorations involving a complete re fastening of the hull with over 4,000 new nails fixed along with garboard planks and hood ends re screwed. New floors were cast and installed as well as a complete new rudder rebuild and cockpit re-modelling. The boat’s hull has been completely stripped back both internally an externally with primer and topcoats applied. The boat’s deck furniture will be stripped re-vanished along with a complete re-corking of the external hull. Additionally a full Mast and Rigging restoration will be undertake.
