THE PROject
Along with the volunteers we carry out on going maintenance programs for the National Trust. The last major works carried out have been the complete de-rig of Top and Tβgallent masts and associated yards and rigging. Standing rig has been overhauled, every second wire and inaccessible areas have been re-served and turn backs re-seized. Blocks and dead-eyes have been repaired and overhauled. Steel topmast yards re-painted, foot ropes and brace pendants re-served and re-rigged. New Main and Fore timber Topmasts and Tressels have been made. All associated Topmast standing rig and yards have been re-installed.
